Licensed Obstetric Behavioral Health Nurse
Job Summary
Working weekends from 9am to 9pm ET, the Licensed Obstetric Behavioral Health Nurse will conduct initial patient assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized care plans to support perinatal mental health for patients across the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient risk assessments and triage based on urgency and severity of mental health conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide psychoeducation about perinatal mental health conditions and monitor patient progress
Required qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with an unrestricted multi-state compact license
- 4+ years of experience in maternal-child health within a hospital or healthcare practice
- Experience or advanced training in psychiatric nursing or perinatal mental health
- Experience working with pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
