Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Licensed Occupational Risk Claims Manager, this fully remote position will supervise a liability claims team, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery in managing complex occupational risk claims.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and encourage a liability claims team to deliver efficient service on diverse caseloads
- Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and ensure appropriate licensing and certifications
- Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and brokers while managing multiple priorities and coaching team members
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 12 years related claims experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions
