Licensed Oncology Social Worker
Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and address emotional and social needs of patients and families

- Advocate for patients' needs with insurance companies and healthcare providers to access necessary services
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid and current master's level license in the practice state (LMSW, LISW, LCSW)
- Preferred certifications: OSW-C or APHSW-C
- Minimum three to five years of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care
- Experience with technology and virtual communication platforms is essential
