Licensed Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a home-based telehealth medical group, the full-time Licensed Operations Manager will oversee practice operations, collaborate with clinical leadership, and manage staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the clinical infrastructure for the practice in Yavapai County
• Ensure efficient daily operations and implement necessary back-office systems
• Recruit, train, and manage staff while tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in managing or operating a medical group
• Experience in home-based or risk-bearing primary care practices
• Understanding of managed care and healthcare payment models
• Management experience in healthcare operations or an MBA/equivalent experience
• Skills in managing schedules, logistics, and financial models
