Licensed Outpatient Clinician

Job Summary

Providing outpatient behavioral health services primarily through telehealth, the full-time Licensed Outpatient Clinician will manage an assigned caseload of adults, adolescents, children, and families in the Glades/Hendry County area, transitioning to a hybrid role that includes face-to-face services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapeutic services through telehealth and in-person sessions
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain ongoing clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with referral sources and manage an assigned caseload while meeting productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• At least one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services to children and families
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while seeking supervision as needed
• Completion of all credentialing requirements established by the organization and applicable entities
