Licensed Outpatient Therapist
Job Summary
Offering a part-time, fully remote PRN opportunity, the Licensed Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and family therapy using a telehealth platform, conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions for diverse mental health concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults for various behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical interventions in the electronic health record system
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in an outpatient setting
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly CBT, DBT, and MI
- American Heart Association CPR certification and training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within specified timeframes
