Job Summary
To improve patient care outcomes, the full-time Licensed Patient Monitoring Technician will support patients in collecting remote monitoring data, communicate findings to the cardiology care team, and manage monitor logs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support patients in collecting remote patient data such as blood pressure, weight, and blood sugar
- Communicate abnormal findings to the cardiology care team and record monitor logs
- Provide basic troubleshooting for monitoring devices and participate in team education
Required qualifications
- High School diploma
- Medical Assistant certification or EKG technician certification
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare role or certification in a healthcare role
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Available to work Monday-Friday during traditional business hours
