Licensed P&C Customer Success Rep
Job Summary
Seeking a licensed P&C Customer Success Representative, the full-time remote position will provide exceptional service to customers and brokers by addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and supporting the onboarding process for new brokers.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert in Thimble's products and services to assist customers effectively
- Support new broker onboarding and provide guidance on utilizing the Thimble Broker Portal
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone while meeting defined Service Level Agreements
Required qualifications
- A Property & Casualty Insurance license is required
- Small commercial business insurance experience is highly preferred
- Prior work experience with insurance brokers or agencies
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
