Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to policyholders, the full-time Licensed P&C Insurance Service Advisor will manage complex service interactions, drive customer retention and growth, and utilize consultative selling techniques in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and personable support to existing and prospective policyholders via phone, email, and SMS
• Manage renewals and identify at-risk accounts to present competitive solutions that reduce churn
• Utilize multiple carrier platforms to quote and bind additional lines of coverage or improved renewal options

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states
• Proven success in preventing cancellations and cross-selling additional products
• Proficiency in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRMs
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of performing high-quality work with limited oversight
