Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to insurance policy inquiries, coverage, and modifications
- Manage a high volume of billing calls, particularly during military paydays
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
Required qualifications
- Valid Producer Personal Lines License and NPN number
- Preferred 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Open availability during operating hours is essential
