Licensed Pharmacist Trainer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Licensed Pharmacist Trainer, this full-time position will develop and deliver training programs for pharmacist staff on prior authorization systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding and comprehensive training sessions for pharmacists using various training methods
- Develop and update training materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Assess pharmacist performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
- Active unrestrictive pharmacist license
- 3+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Solid understanding of prior authorization operations and relevant laws and regulations
