Licensed Phone Counselor Assessor

Job Summary

To support a vital mission in behavioral health, the full-time Licensed Phone Counselor Assessor will manage inquiry calls, perform tele evaluations, and coordinate patient care remotely, working Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitates initial responses to service requests, evaluations, and referrals
• Conducts comprehensive screenings and documents patient needs and symptoms
• Coordinates care with clinical staff and provides treatment guidance to patients and families

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Associate-level Counseling or Social Work license or Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations
• One year of assessment experience in an inpatient behavioral health care setting preferred
• CPR certification required within 30 days of employment
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment
