Licensed Physical Therapy Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team of physical therapists, the full-time Licensed Physical Therapy Manager will manage and coach up to 16 PTs to deliver high-quality virtual care, drive operational projects and clinical initiatives, and ensure effective evaluation and treatment of members in a tech-enabled care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of physical therapists to deliver high-quality virtual care and support performance management
• Drive quality outcomes by ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, documentation standards, and clinical practices
• Lead operational projects aimed at improving business and clinical outcomes through data analysis and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an active physical therapy license in the United States
• 5+ years of direct people management experience with at least 6-8 clinical direct reports
• Demonstrated success in leading teams in a fast-paced environment while meeting business and clinical goals
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and resolving complex issues with sound judgment
• Ability to lead teams across all U.S. time zones
