Licensed Physician Assistant Educator

Job Summary

To support a dynamic educational environment, the part-time Licensed Physician Assistant Educator will provide leadership and mentorship to students, develop course materials, and utilize diverse teaching methodologies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and support to students in their learning journey
• Create and enhance educational materials and syllabi, ensuring alignment with course objectives
• Utilize various teaching methodologies to facilitate student achievement of learning outcomes

Required qualifications

• 0-4 years of teaching experience in a university or college setting, preferably in Physician Assistant courses
• Documented experience as a practicing clinician for at least 3 years
• Terminal academic degree (Master's required; doctorate preferred)
• NCCPA certified Physician Assistant or Board certified (or eligible) allopathic or osteopathic physician
• Experience with online learning management systems is desirable
