Licensed Plan Operations Pharmacist
Job Summary
Supporting the clinical needs of the Plan Operations team, the remote Licensed Plan Operations Pharmacist will provide clinical expertise during client implementations, serve as a liaison between teams, and offer proactive recommendations on pharmacy trends and programs.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and Implementation Managers to provide insights on drug spend, clinical management strategies, and formulary compliance
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert and communicate drug information to clients while responding to plan-specific inquiries
- Analyze data related to drug benefit designs and create clinical marketing materials to support new group go-live activities
Required qualifications
- Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of primary residence
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with external clients
- Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
