Job Summary
To enhance healthcare quality and performance, the full-time remote Licensed Practice Transformation Advisor will identify improvement areas, partner with provider practices to implement quality strategies, and drive positive patient care outcomes while managing occasional travel to provider sites.
Key responsibilities
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance healthcare delivery
- Collaborate with provider practices to improve quality, cost of care, and clinician experience
- Design and deliver training programs to support quality initiatives and healthcare standards
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or provider relations
- In-depth knowledge of HEDIS, healthcare regulations, and quality performance metrics
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel or data visualization software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration or related field
- Experience in designing and delivering educational initiatives or training programs
