Job Summary
To support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, the full-time Licensed Primary Therapist will provide individual therapy sessions, facilitate community resource linkages, and promote self-advocacy, all in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide recovery education and individual sessions to clients at various stages of their recovery journey
- Assist clients in identifying personal goals and developing individualized recovery plans
- Facilitate transitions from professional services to community-based resources and support client engagement in community activities
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Must be at least 21 years of age (licensing requirement)
- Ability to provide Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Working knowledge of the drug and alcohol treatment system and commitment to the recovery community
- Experience working with both adolescent and adult populations
