Licensed Private Risk Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, the full-time remote Licensed Private Risk Manager will deliver personalized client service, provide technical expertise in personal lines insurance, and manage complex risk exposures to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, white-glove service to an assigned book of HNW/UHNW clients, conducting annual reviews and presenting tailored coverage recommendations
• Analyze client exposures and advise on complex risk management solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage for high-value assets
• Act as a market placement specialist, cultivating relationships with carrier partners and optimizing insurance placements to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with knowledge of HNW carrier contracts and claims processes
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships professionally and responsively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems, with experience in Epic preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to sophisticated clients
