Licensed Product Legal Counsel
Job Summary
Working full-time as a Licensed Product Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will oversee contract negotiations for commercial agreements, provide legal advice on regulatory matters, and collaborate with various internal teams to support the money transfer division.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex financial services agreements and license agreements with digital partners
- Provide legal analysis and advice on compliance issues, including data privacy and vendor management
- Develop productive relationships with internal stakeholders to align agreements with company strategy
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of corporate legal experience
- Substantial experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Previous experience in financial services, payments, and the technology/digital industry
- Adept at building relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent time management skills for meeting deadlines and multitasking
