Job Summary
To support the accuracy of AI-driven commercial insurance processes, the remote Production Insurance AI Evaluation Specialist will conduct quality reviews of AI outputs, audit submissions, and report discrepancies while maintaining productivity and compliance with client standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and audit AI extractions against submissions and target schemas to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Flag ambiguous cases for escalation and aggregate extraction errors into structured weekly workbooks for calibration sessions
- Maintain consistent review pace to meet productivity expectations and deliver verified workbooks on schedule
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer / Agent License in good standing
- 2+ years of recent operational experience in commercial insurance brokerage, agency, MGA, or carrier operations
- Proven ability to analyze complex agency email threads and multi-line carrier quotes
- Exceptional visual rigor in comparing unstructured documents against extraction workbooks
- Practical experience using agency management systems such as Applied Epic or EZLynx
