Licensed Project Manager (Mechanical)
Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Project Manager (Mechanical) for a hybrid/onsite position, this role will manage the successful completion of new construction projects in HVAC, plumbing, and piping, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage all project documentation, including budgets and schedules
- Lead project hand-off meetings and coordinate with field supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
- Manage subcontractors and ensure project financial success through effective cost tracking and reporting
Required qualifications
- Previous project management experience or a BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is preferred
- Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a supervisory role
