Licensed Project Site Coordinator

Job Summary

Serving as the primary on-site representative, the full-time Licensed Project Site Coordinator will manage communication between internal engineering teams and construction teams, ensuring equipment delivery, engineering quality, and site safety standards are upheld in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between GEV and construction teams, facilitating communication and issue resolution
• Manage technical documentation workflows, ensuring compliance with site quality requirements
• Oversee equipment deliveries and support site safety compliance in alignment with local regulations

Required qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• Proven experience in construction or infrastructure project sites with contractor or customer-facing responsibilities
• Full professional fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multi-party technical documentation and proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with local EHS regulations and permitting requirements for large-scale construction sites
