Job Summary
Supporting insurance program execution, the full-time Licensed Property & Casualty Advocate will manage client relationships and lead day-to-day client engagement while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service and support to clients in the construction sector
- Coordinate renewal execution and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the Client Advocate in managing complex projects and advocating for client needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role
- Active insurance broker's P&C license and commitment to ongoing education
- Strong understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process
- Proven relationship management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant online tools
