Licensed Property & Casualty Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Chat Agent will assist customers by answering insurance-related questions via chat, conducting research to resolve issues, and occasionally upselling products, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming chat communications from customers regarding insurance inquiries
• Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues
• Engage in upselling of products or services to existing customers as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty License
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
• Ability to multi-task and assist multiple customers concurrently
