Job Summary

Working remotely, the Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will assist customers by resolving insurance inquiries, handling complex concerns through calls or chat, and may engage in upselling products or services, all while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct research to address customer issues effectively
• Engage in upselling of products or services to existing customers as needed

Required qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
• Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers concurrently
