Job Summary

Working remotely as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, the full-time position will manage customer inquiries via chat, providing insurance information and resolving issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming chat communications from customers and resolve their insurance questions
• Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions to customer issues
• Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Required qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
• Ability to multi-task, assisting up to two customers concurrently
