Licensed Psychiatric Quality Educator

Job Summary

To support the clinical governance infrastructure of a growing network, the part-time contract Licensed Psychiatric Quality Educator will review clinical documentation for psychiatric providers, ensuring adherence to evidence-based standards and providing feedback to promote quality care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to identify gaps in quality and adherence to evidence-based practices
• Evaluate clinical decision-making processes and the application of diagnostic criteria and medication safety
• Provide individualized remediation support to providers as needed, focusing on education and documentation standards

Required qualifications

• Active PMHNP or MD license with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience in quality chart reviews or audits within healthcare delivery organizations
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted review tools and providing constructive feedback
• Strong communication skills with experience in educating diverse groups
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technology platforms and workflows
