Licensed Quality Manager, Behavioral Health

Job Summary

To enhance quality assurance and improvement in behavioral health services, the full-time Licensed Quality Manager, Behavioral Health will develop and monitor quality processes, support documentation excellence, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality assurance and improvement processes for therapy and psychiatry services
• Track and evaluate key quality metrics, preparing reports and action plans based on findings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks, support audits, and enhance clinical operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare quality management or behavioral health operations
• Knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and quality improvement principles
• Experience analyzing clinical and operational quality data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
