Job Summary
To enhance accessible design in home modifications, the full-time Licensed Regional Project Manager will oversee project management for installations, engage with service providers, and ensure quality assurance, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations, coordinating between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a network of qualified Service Providers while ensuring consistent service delivery
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction field work, preferably in residential construction
- 5+ years of experience in residential management
- Experience with home modifications such as bathrooms and ramps is a preferred plus
