Job Summary

Experienced and licensed Remote Loan Officers will manage borrower relationships, originate various types of loans, and collaborate with internal teams while working in a remote, hybrid, or in-office environment based on their production model and experience level.

Key responsibilities

• Originate residential, investment, bridge, or commercial loans depending on the specific role
• Manage borrower relationships from intake through closing and work with self-sourced referrals or company-provided leads
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending requirements while meeting production expectations aligned with the role type

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license required for residential roles
• Minimum experience of 1-3 years for consumer direct/call center roles; seasoned producers needed for self-sourced and commercial roles
• Proven production history required for senior, self-sourced, and branch opportunities
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual positions
• Commercial or private money experience required where applicable
