Licensed Residential Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing residential portfolio, the full-time Licensed Residential Architect will develop technical designs, produce construction documents, and collaborate with design teams while working remotely or from office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develops technical designs and edits architectural drawings to meet project quality, timelines, and budget
- Conducts design activities including programming, code research, and site surveys
- Coordinates with contractors and consultants to address constructability issues and obtain necessary permits
Required qualifications
- Experience in all phases of the project cycle is required
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes
- Completion of related post-secondary education
- Registered with a relevant professional architectural association
