Job Summary
To support a talented team of clinicians, the full-time Licensed School Therapy Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the School-Based Therapy program, ensuring compliance with policies and standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the referral process and monitor therapists' compliance with productivity standards
- Conduct chart reviews and collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure the use of evidence-based clinical interventions
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing professional development opportunities and maintaining accurate supervision records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a human services field
- At least three years of management/supervisory experience
- Two years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and CMHC Accreditation standards preferred
