Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Auto Liability Adjuster will manage and resolve complex auto liability claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex auto liability claims through informed decision-making
• Interact extensively with claimants and other parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the claims process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
