Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex Auto and General Liability claims, applying extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, interact with various parties, and ensure effective resolution while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
