Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability municipality claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
