Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
