Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims management team, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning the proper course of action for resolution
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
