Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex Auto and General Liability claims, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure, ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim file outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
