Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the claims management process and deliver innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
