Job Summary
Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex Auto Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto Liability claims through informed decision-making
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of claims
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
