Licensed Senior Claims Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Specialist will independently conduct detailed analyses of claims exposure, negotiate settlements, and mentor junior adjusters while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently analyze claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
• Document claim activity and communicate effectively to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience with a proven track record in complex claims
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
