Job Summary
Leading the Rail and Transit Traction Power Team in the U.S. West Region, the full-time Licensed Senior Engineering Manager will drive technical excellence and successful project delivery for rail electrification projects, while working remotely and managing client engagement, staffing, and resource management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project delivery and provide technical direction for traction power and rail electrical systems
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on technical excellence and client service
- Support market growth through capture planning, proposal development, and relationship building with industry partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Active Professional Engineer license
- Twenty or more years of experience in rail and transit electrical systems or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading traction power design and delivery teams on major projects
- Proven ability to manage the design and integration of traction power and related electrification systems
