Licensed Senior Manager of Physical Therapy

Job Summary

Leading multiple Physical Therapy teams in a remote full-time capacity, the Licensed Senior Manager of Physical Therapy will ensure high-quality, technology-enabled care is delivered at scale while translating department strategy into execution plans and coaching PT Managers to improve performance and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the PT operating model, including workforce planning, performance management, and clinical operations processes
• Build trusted relationships with team members and cross-functional partners to align on performance metrics and operational priorities
• Lead change initiatives within the PT organization, driving process improvements and technology adoption while maintaining team engagement and performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare management or clinical operations, including managing through a layered management team
• Proven experience in setting operational objectives and using performance metrics to enhance quality and outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to partner across clinical disciplines and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience leading complex organizational change, particularly in adopting new technology or operating processes
• Licensed physical therapist or relevant clinical licensure preferred
