Licensed Senior Site Civil Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the electrical utility and renewable energy sectors, the senior-level Licensed Site Civil Engineer will work in a hybrid setting to manage grading, drainage/stormwater management design, and construction support for various projects while preparing engineering deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Design and review grading and drainage systems for electrical utility and renewable energy sites
- Prepare engineering deliverables including construction drawings, specifications, and hydrologic modeling
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with project teams to meet scope, budget, and quality expectations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in civil design and engineering
- Active Engineer license required (multi-state preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
- Experience with stormwater management design and hydraulic modeling software
