Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for high voltage overhead transmission line projects, the remote Licensed Senior Transmission Engineer will manage project engineering, coordinate with clients, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting multi-disciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate project status and deliverables through regular meetings with team members and clients
- Support resource forecasting, recruitment efforts, and business improvement methodologies within the department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience in transmission engineering and project management
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure required
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety standards and policies
