Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio, the remote Licensed Senior Underwriter will evaluate renewal Habitational accounts, analyze policy changes, and ensure compliance with state regulations while collaborating with team members and interdivisional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate renewal Habitational accounts for underwriting acceptability and make risk-based decisions
- Analyze and approve requested policy changes across the LRO and Habitational portfolio
- Maintain familiarity with state insurance regulations and monitor portfolio composition via reports and audits
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of underwriting/insurance experience with a strong LRO background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- Retail agency relationship preferred
- AI proficiency with a focus on automation and efficiency opportunities
- Curiosity and a positive attitude with a passion for knowledge sharing
