Job Summary
Leading specialty pharmacy operations and pricing oversight for HealthTrust, the full-time Licensed Specialty Pharmacy Lead will manage service delivery, financial performance, and client objectives while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the operational performance and delivery of specialty pharmacy services supporting HealthTrust
- Provide oversight of specialty pricing, financial performance, and related contractual commitments
- Monitor service levels and operational metrics, identifying risks and leading corrective actions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or specialty pharmacy operations
- Demonstrated expertise in specialty pharmacy operations, pricing, and financial performance
