Licensed Sr. Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability and Auto Bodily Injury claims, the fully remote Licensed Sr. Claims Adjuster will utilize their claims management experience to analyze exposure, interact with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while making informed decisions to bring them to resolution
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
