Job Summary
To support advanced technology industrial projects, the remote Licensed Structural Engineer - PA will perform structural analysis and design, collaborate with design teams, and manage project responsibilities while ensuring adherence to US building codes and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform structural engineering analysis and design under general supervision, applying engineering techniques and procedures
- Exhibit attention to detail by checking own work and performing calculation checks of peers' work
- Develop leadership skills by providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers and designers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (PE or PEng)
- At least 10 years of Structural Engineering experience
- Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
