Licensed Telehealth Counselor

Job Summary

To support the Military OneSource Program, a remote Licensed Telehealth Counselor will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling services to active-duty service members and their families, with a focus on various life challenges, on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver confidential counseling services to military personnel and their families, addressing issues such as stress, relationship challenges, and career concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions and participant progress in compliance with program requirements
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals to ensure timely access to counseling services for participants

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in relevant fields (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of service
• U.S. citizenship and proficiency in English
• Completion of required credentialing, background checks, and security requirements
• Ability to maintain professional liability coverage and a confidential counseling space
• Commitment to follow all applicable federal, state, and program guidelines
